This article aims to understand spatial and social space in coworking spaces through a multiple ethnography located in Paris. The study reveals two main issues related to social interaction; first, the business development of the space and its special arrangement; second its inhabitants’ interactions, their relations and power division. Our conceptual framework is based on geographic and carnal sociology that highlight three types of embodied practices, suffering, sachant-faire and sedimented, that we conceptualized around fictive stories of entrepreneurs and their trajectories within a space.
