Gérer l’inflation normative : le cas de la lutte contre le blanchiment dans une banque patrimoniale
Nicolas DUFOURHow does a firm subject to a regulatory process, namely the fight against money-laundering and terrorist financing, handle conflicts between sets of regulations? Based on a longitudinal study in a research-intervention program, a typology of such conflicts is proposed along with the axes for managing them. Attention is drawn to difficulties specific to the financial industry, in particular private banks and life insurance.
